Required registration information includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. phenjoy may require additional documentation for identity verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phenjoy account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phenjoy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phenjoy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
phenjoy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phenjoy that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
phenjoy is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. You agree to provide phenjoy with any documentation requested for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phenjoy does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phenjoy reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment sources and to return such funds to their origin.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. phenjoy processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.
phenjoy reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the phenjoy platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phenjoy is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.
phenjoy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phenjoy expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall phenjoy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phenjoy platform, even if phenjoy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phenjoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phenjoy platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phenjoy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phenjoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the phenjoy platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification and withdrawal processing requirements.
You may close your phenjoy account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
